Your dashboard is the record of your own learning. Open it from your avatar in the top right, then My Dashboard. It shows your name and email at the top, so you always know whose figures you are looking at.
Learning Time
The Yearly Learning Time Summary gives your total for the year, broken down by what you spent it on: Video, Course, Document, Podcast and AI Answer. Use Select Year to look at a different year.
Worth knowing: time spent with the AI assistant counts as learning time. Asking a good question is learning, and the dashboard treats it that way.

How this differs from My Learning
My Learning is where you work: what is assigned, what is in progress, what is next. My Dashboard is where you look back — the totals and the record. If you need to show someone what you have done this year, this is the page.
Not to be confused with
Administrators also have a Metrics Dashboard, under the Admin menu. That one covers the whole hub. This one is only yours.
