Learninghubz runs in your phone's browser, so there is nothing to install from an app store. You add it to your home screen once, and from then on it opens full screen with its own icon, like any other app.
You will need your hub address — the one in the form your-company.learninghubz.com. It is the same address you use on your computer, and you will find it in the invitation email if you are not sure.
On iPhone and iPad
Open Safari and go to your hub address. Safari is required — this does not work from Chrome on iOS.
Sign in.
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen — the square with an arrow pointing up.
Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
Confirm the name and tap Add.
On Android
Open Chrome and go to your hub address.
Sign in.
Tap the three dots in the top right.
Tap Add to Home screen (on some phones it reads Install app).
Confirm.
Good to know
You stay signed in, so you will not have to enter your password each time. Everything works the same as on your computer — your assigned training, your certificates and the assistant are all there.
If the option does not appear, you are probably in a different browser. Use Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android.
