Thank you for visiting the LEARNINGHUBZ website, an informal learning management platform for businesses and organisations.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policy, as by using our Service you agree to be bound by both documents.

Throughout this Agreement we use certain words or phrases whose meaning is important to understand. The following list is not comprehensive.

LEARNINGHUBZ offers an informal learning management platform for companies with content curation of internet hyperlinks from sources that make those hyperlinks publicly available.

This content is made available through internet links and embedded links, together with descriptions and thumbnail images.

Such content may be removed from the platform by LEARNINGHUBZ whenever the original source ceases to make it available on the internet or requests that it should no longer be hyperlinked.

Users gain access to the LEARNINGHUBZ Service through a service agreement between LEARNINGHUBZ and their employer, or by requesting and accepting a demonstration period provided by LEARNINGHUBZ.

Users can access content selected by the Company (whether created internally or curated by the Company and LEARNINGHUBZ), as well as content added by administrators and other users.

In addition to viewing and accessing content, users may recommend, share, comment on content, perform other social interactions, and view the content recommended or added by their colleagues.

Company Administrators are able to manage featured content, add new content, and consult platform usage reports and analytics.

The LEARNINGHUBZ platform allows users to exchange information, access content made available by the Company (whether curated by LEARNINGHUBZ or added directly by the Company), and share content available on the Internet.

LEARNINGHUBZ is not responsible for any content made available through its Service or for the actions of any of its Users. By using the Service, you agree to hold LEARNINGHUBZ harmless from any liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

LEARNINGHUBZ is also not responsible for any misuse of its services or for any loss or damage caused by such misuse.

To use our Service, you must comply with the following conditions, including but not limited to:

The User or Administrator is responsible for all content, information, data and other material registered or transmitted through the Site and therefore agrees to evaluate and assume all risks associated with such transmission.

Users undertake to:

i. Not impersonate another person or misuse any relationship with another person.

ii. Not violate, intentionally or unintentionally, any national, regional or international law.

iii. Not threaten, insult or harass any individual or group.

iv. Not register or transmit, through the Site or by electronic mail ("email"), any illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, privacy-infringing, racist or discriminatory content.

v. Not register or transmit any content without the legal right to do so, including confidential information obtained through employment or professional relationships, or information that infringes patents, copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

vi. Not transmit advertisements, promotional material, business schemes or any other unsolicited communications.

vii. Not transmit software containing viruses or any code, file or program designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of any hardware, software or telecommunications equipment.

viii. Not copy, transmit, modify, distribute, publicly display, perform or create derivative works from content available on the Site.

ix. Not obtain or store another user's personal data without the appropriate authorisation.

LEARNINGHUBZ does not monitor content registered or transmitted by users and therefore cannot guarantee its legality, accuracy, honesty, truthfulness, integrity or quality, nor accept responsibility arising from users' failure to comply with these Terms.

Notwithstanding the above, LEARNINGHUBZ reserves the right to refuse, remove or block access to any content that violates these Terms or is manifestly unlawful.

The information available on the Website has been compiled and provided by LEARNINGHUBZ with due care and diligence.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LEARNINGHUBZ does not guarantee that such information is free from human or computer errors, delays, interruptions, data loss, omissions or other defects.

The processing of personal data collected through this Website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Whenever LEARNINGHUBZ receives a message via email or through a contact form on the platform, it will use reasonable efforts to respond promptly, seeking in particular to respect any response time requested by the user.

However, LEARNINGHUBZ does not guarantee any specific response time.

The Website and the Service contain links to third-party websites.

LEARNINGHUBZ has no control over those websites and is not responsible for their content, truthfulness, correctness or accuracy.

LEARNINGHUBZ may publish notices on the Website or platform, including by providing links to such notices, whether to communicate changes to these Terms or for any other purpose.

You acknowledge that the Internet is a public network and that LEARNINGHUBZ shall not be liable for any damages resulting from its use.

LEARNINGHUBZ shall not be liable for any misuse of its services or for any loss or damage caused by such misuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEARNINGHUBZ excludes any direct or indirect liability arising from the use of the Site.

By using our Service, you receive a licence to use one copy of our web-based software ("SaaS") in accordance with this Agreement, applicable law and any additional terms published on our Site and incorporated by reference.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, copy or otherwise manipulate our Service.

Our Service may become unavailable for an indefinite period due to security, legal, technical or other reasons.

You agree that LEARNINGHUBZ is under no obligation to notify you in advance of such downtime, even where it is aware that it may occur, nor to provide reasons for it.

You release LEARNINGHUBZ from any liability arising from the temporary unavailability of the Service.

"LEARNINGHUBZ" is a registered trademark of LEARNINGHUBZ, Ltd. and uniquely identifies our Site, Service and business. All applicable intellectual property rights apply.

LEARNINGHUBZ reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions of access and use at any time, without prior notice. Any revisions become effective from the date they are published.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that provision shall be deemed severed, while the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
