Open Admin › Metrics Dashboard. Where a content report answers "how did this piece of content do", this dashboard answers "how is the hub doing" across everyone.
Two filters sit above everything: Select Year, and Select a group, which defaults to All Company. Setting the group is what turns a hub-wide number into a departmental one, which is usually the version worth sharing.
The tabs
Users — registered users across the year, and how many are new.
Online and Active — who is using the hub, and how consistently.
Hours and Views — learning time and content views.
Top — the most-watched content.
Completions — what people are finishing.
This Month — the current month on its own.
Last Seen — when each person was last in the hub.
Search — what people looked for.
Assistant — how much the AI assistant is being used.
Personalization Adoption — how many people have set up their profile.
Skills & Roles — the skills and roles people have chosen.
Recommendation Engagement — whether recommendations are being acted on.
Reports — the export.
Reading it honestly
Registered users is a contract number, not an adoption number. Active and Hours are the ones that tell you whether the hub is working. If the two diverge — many registered, few active — the problem is usually visibility inside the organisation, not content.
