Adding, exporting and removing users

Invite people one by one or from a file, and keep the list tidy.

Written by Customer Service Learninghubz

Open Admin › User Management. The table shows everyone with access to the hub, with columns for Name, Status & Roles, Groups and Registration.

Roles

  • Learner — uses the hub and their own training.

  • Admin — has the Admin menu and manages content, people and reports.

  • Super Admin — the same, plus the hub settings.

Administrators are always learners as well, which is why they show two roles.

Inviting people

Click Manage Users in the top right. The menu is grouped into three blocks — adding users, exporting user data, and deleting users.

To add people you can either enter the email addresses by hand, which suits one or two, or import them from a CSV file, which suits a whole team or the launch of a new hub.

Exporting data

From the same menu you can export the user list to CSV, or export users together with their group membership. The second is the one to use before a reorganisation, so you have a record of who was in which group.

Removing people

Deleting users is done by CSV as well: upload a file with the addresses to remove, and they go in one pass.

Before you delete anyone

Removing a user takes away their access. If they had mandatory training assigned, export the reports you need first — from Training Dashboard or from the content's own report. That export is how you keep their compliance record.
