When you open a video, course or document in the hub, there is a good deal more around it than the play button.
Under the player
Mark as — sets the state of the content: To Do, In Progress or Completed. Once completed, the button is replaced by a green Completed label.
Take quiz — opens the quiz, when the content has one. It stays inactive if there is none.
Rate — give your view on the content. After you rate it, the button shows the score you gave.
Like — a quick thumbs up, with the running total.
You will also find buttons here to share with a colleague, save to a personal list, and turn on subtitles.
Assign — visible to administrators, this sends the content to people or groups.
In the right-hand panel
Summary — opens with the Key Idea, then the main sections as bullet points. Use it to decide whether the content is worth your time, and to refresh later without watching it again. The Copy button at the end copies the whole summary.
Coach — the AI assistant for this piece of content. Ask it questions about what you have just watched, or for help applying it to your own situation.
Related — other content in the hub on the same subject.
Comments — what your colleagues have written, with the count beside it.
