Rate content and give feedback

Tell us what worked, what did not, and what you need to put it into practice.

Written by Customer Service Learninghubz

Rating is not only about giving a score. It is how your organisation learns which training is helping, and what people still need before they can apply what they learned.

  1. On the content page, click Rate under the player.

  2. Answer how useful the content was for your work, from one to five stars. A short reading of your score appears beside it.

  3. Choose the tags that explain what made it useful — practical and ready to use, clear explanation, right level for you, good examples, right length. You can pick more than one.

  4. Say what you need in order to put it into practice: nothing, you are ready; time to practise; your manager's support; tools or access; a template or checklist; someone to practise with.

  5. Add a comment if you want to.

  6. Send your feedback.

Who sees what

Your comment and your tags are visible to the platform administrators, with your name attached. Your star rating feeds the average score that all your colleagues see on the content.
