Creating a quiz for a piece of content

Generate the questions with AI, or write them yourself, on any content in the hub.

Written by Customer Service Learninghubz

A quiz turns a video or a course into training you can evidence: who answered, with what score, and whether they earned a certificate. You can add one to any content in the hub, and the questions can be generated automatically from the content itself.

Before you start: only Admin and Super Admin roles see this option.

  1. Open the page of the content you want to add a quiz to.

  2. Click Admin and, under This Video, choose Manage Quiz.

  3. Click Create Quiz.

  4. Give the quiz a Title — this is what the learner sees before starting. For example, "Safety fundamentals".

  5. To generate the questions automatically, click Generate Questions and fill in three fields: Language (choose the language of the content), Number of Questions (4 by default) and Difficulty (Easy by default).

  6. Click Generate. The questions appear in the editor, where you can reword any of them, delete one, or add more with Add Question.

  7. When you are happy with it, click Save Quiz.

From that point on, the Take quiz button is active on the content page for everyone.

Managing existing quizzes

Go back to Admin › This Video › Manage Quiz to see the quizzes already on this content. Each one shows the number of questions and the pass mark — for example, 4 questions • Pass: 4/4 — with a toggle to switch it on or off without deleting it.

Good to know

Always review the generated questions before saving. The AI works from the content, but responsibility for what is assessed rests with whoever publishes it.
