Every piece of content has its own report. Open it from Admin › This Video › Report. It has three tabs.
Learner progress
Five figures across the top: views, in progress, completed (with the number of quizzes started and passed), completed and certified, and the average rating with the number of ratings behind it.
The table below shows, person by person: the group they belong to, their state and the date, whether they were certified and when, their quiz score, and the rating they gave.
Change the period with the date filter, and use the CSV export to take the data out.
Learner feedback
This is where you find out why. On the left, three blocks with percentages:
What worked — the reasons people chose to explain a good score.
What did not work — the reasons behind the low scores. This is the list that tells you whether the content is out of date, too long, or wrong for people's roles.
What people need to put it into practice — asked of everyone who rated three stars or above. When the dominant answer is not "nothing, I'm ready", you have your gap: time, a template, a manager's backing.
On the right, the comments, each with the score, the name of the person who wrote it, and the tags they chose.

Good to know
This report is your curation instrument. Content with a low average rating and "out of date" standing out should be replaced or removed from the hub.
