Seeing everything your organisation has published

My Organization's Content — your own library, separate from the Learninghubz catalogue.

Written by Customer Service Learninghubz

Your hub holds two kinds of content: the Learninghubz catalogue, and whatever your own organisation has added. My Organization's Content shows you only the second kind.

Open it from Admin › Content Management › My Organization's Content.

What you get

The same search and filter row as the rest of the library — All, Videos, Courses, Book Summaries, Playlist / Learning Paths, More and Language — applied to your own material only. Each card shows the source, the subject, the format and the duration.

Why it matters

This is the view to use when you are auditing your own library rather than browsing for something to learn. It answers the questions that come up in a quarterly review: how much have we actually published, is any of it duplicated, and is there anything still here that should have been retired.

What to do with what you find

Open any item and use Admin › This Video to edit it, add or adjust its quiz, or read its report. Content with a poor rating or a "not up to date" signal in its feedback is the first thing to replace.

Tip

Run through this list before adding anything new. It is quicker than discovering afterwards that a colleague published the same course last quarter.
